maven substitute plugin是一个maven插件(maven plugin)，从功能上说基本是Maven Replacer Plugin修改版，maven substitute plugin替换了一些maven pom.xml中的值。按照官方的说法:maven substitute plugin是maven replacer plugin的一些翻版，但提升了一些maven replacer plugin中的限制。
maven是一个项目管理软件，由Java编写，笔者从事的大部分项目都由maven进行管理。
下面是maven substitute plugin三个默认替换的值：
maven substitute plugin中使用@PROJECT_VERSION@ 用于替换 maven pom.xml中的 ${project.version}
maven substitute plugin使用@VERSION_SCM@替换maven pom.xml中的 项目最喜剧呢的scm版本
maven substitute plugin使用@DATE_TIME@替换maven pom.xml中的实际时间戳
maven substitute plugin可通过 类似： ‘**/*.java’ 或者 ‘src/main/webresource/bottom*.xhtml’的方式包含或者不包含指定的文件。
